4) Secured Areas of the Website

Credentials will remain the property of Yorkville University and may be cancelled or suspended at any time by Yorkville University in its sole discretion without any notice or liability to you or any other person.

a) You may use the Website only in the manner described in this Agreement and subject to all applicable laws. Your use of the Website for any other purpose or in any other manner is strictly prohibited.
b) Although Yorkville University attempts to provide current and accurate information on the Website, inaccuracies, omissions, or other errors may sometimes occur and Yorkville University cannot guarantee that all content and data provided on the Website will always be accurate, complete, and up to date. Yorkville University may, at any time and for any reason and in its sole discretion, change, suspend or terminate, temporarily or permanently, the Website or any part of it, or your permission to use the Website, without any prior notice or liability to you or any other person. If this Agreement or your permission to use the Website is terminated by you or Yorkville University for any reason, then this Agreement will continue to apply and be binding upon you in respect of your prior use of the Website.
11) Governing Law
a) This Agreement shall be governed solely by the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute between Yorkville University and you or any other person arising from, connected with, or relating to the Website, this Agreement or any related matters must be resolved before the Courts of the Province of Ontario sitting in the City of Toronto.
